50 people to 9. New model. More revenue?
Three years ago Fernando and Hosun built a personal brand agency called Revenue Flow. Scaled it to $3M with 150+ clients and 50 people on the team.
Then they stripped it to 9 people. Four co-founders, two sellers, two copywriters, and an ops assistant. In 3 months. Pretty crazy if you ask me.
I sat down with them for a podcast because I wanted to understand how.
Their old mantra was "hire someone better than you to run that part of the business." Their new one: "If we do that, why wouldn't they just do the business with AI rather than work for us?" The incentive misalignment is real.
What we covered:
50 people to 9 - what AI actually replaced and what still needs humans
150 Notion playbooks replaced by AI skills in a GitHub repo - updated once, propagated everywhere
Proposals one-shotted from a call recording. A thousand blog posts generated from a single transcript.
Client signal detection that pings Slack the moment a prospect visits your profile - enriched with phone number and a "call now" button
"If you hire someone better than you to run the business... why wouldn't they just do the business with AI rather than work for you?"
The founder has to go deep. You have to understand the problems yourself, build the first version yourself, then scale it. Fernando put it well:
"The idea to execution has been collapsed completely. But you still need the judgment. You still need the experience. You still need to know which mountain to climb."
That's the same conclusion my partner Kristina and I arrived at with BGG.
And honestly... if you're sitting there thinking "that sounds great for them but I don't have time to go deep on AI" - that maybe a mindset problem. You don't have time because you haven't built the systems that buy you the time. The founder who says "I'll get to AI when things calm down" is the one who gets automated by a competitor who didn't wait.
Which brings me to what we've been building.

The content machine
Over the last few months I've been building something I'm genuinely proud of.
An AI content system that handles research, strategy, drafting, hooks, carousels, video scripts, and newsletter writing. It pulls from our Fireflies call transcripts, our LinkedIn analytics, our Beehiiv data, and our brand guidelines - then produces content in my voice.
NO generic AI slop!!!
Content that sounds like me because it's trained on everything I've written and said for the last year.
The system runs on multiple specialised agents - a strategy agent that plans the week, a content agent that writes drafts, a hooks agent that generates 5-8 options per post, a newsletter agent, a video script agent, and a QA agent that catches every voice violation before I see a draft.
It's far from perfect though.
I still edit most of the content. This newsletter is edit by me but pre-written by AI.
I still think about whether each post supports my personal brand positioning.
But the time savings are staggering.
What used to take me an entire day now takes maybe 2 hours of review and refinement.
If you're curious about how it works, reply and I'll share more about the architecture. We're opening this up for clients - reply CONTENT if you want early access.

RemoveTheFounder. ai
You might have noticed the URL changed.
RemoveTheFounder.com is now RemoveTheFounder.ai.
It's a small thing but…
The operational system, the methodology, the data, the content - everything we build going forward is being designed with AI as the infrastructure layer.
RemoveTheFounder.ai is becoming a product-led company.
