We hosted our Agency Dinner in London this week.

It was the best one we've done.

We've hosted a few of these now and you can usually tell within the first 20 minutes whether the energy in the room is going to carry or whether people are going to stay polite and surface-level.

This one was rather different from the start…

Olly Hudson from Soar With Us shared the real story behind building one of the fastest-growing creative and performance agencies in the UK.

What stood out to me was the language he used - it was something everyone in the room could understand, and that's why people were listening so deeply. It felt like a founder speaking to founders, not a lecture. Very impactful.

We covered AI, hiring, people, how to structure things, how different agencies are approaching processes and systems. All of it relevant to everyone who was sitting at that table.

The venue was amazing. The food was great. The company was even better.
